What we collect
We collect the information you provide directly — your name, email, business details, and the contents of your discovery sessions and portal feedback. We also enrich publicly available business information from your domain to map your industry and size.
How we use it
Discovery inputs are used solely to assemble your IP Asset and the associated Statement of Work. Operator analytics aggregate anonymized funnel metrics — no personal information is shared with third parties.
AI processing
LEAP uses large language models to synthesize discovery and generate scoped phases. Prompts include only your project data and do not include other clients' information.
Data retention
You can request deletion of your account, discovery sessions, and associated assets at any time by emailing andrew@leanengineering.io.
Security
All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with row-level access controls. Access by LEAP operators is logged.
