Service
LEAP provides AI-assisted discovery, scoping, and custom software builds delivered as IP Assets owned by you.
Setup fee
The $49 setup fee unlocks SOW generation and queues the build. Subsequent phases are billed per the approved Statement of Work before work commences.
Ownership
On full payment of an approved phase, you own the source code, data, and deployed assets produced for that phase. LEAP retains ownership of its general AI tooling and orchestration system.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to build software intended for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LEAP's total liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms with notice via email or in-product notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
